GULFVIEW I 510 - FAMILIES ONLY.  RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED IF YOU ARE A SPRING BREAKER..For month of March ALL guests must pay $40.00 CASH ONLY and obtain parking permit (max-2 permits at no cost). The age group required to have a wristband is between 13 through 28.   Quality buildings loaded with features at an affordable price. Located near the causeway adjacent to beachfront properties. Condo with 1 bedroom/1 bath and sleeps 4. Most units have a view of the gulf and bay from balconies. Next door to Beach Park at Isla Blanca. Amenities include a very large swimming pool, two hot tubs, tennis courts and a large recreational building. Wristband requirement for anyone between the ages of 13-28 at a cost of $35 per person on a three night stay and $50 per person if four night or longer stay for the whole month of  March. Monthly rentals must pay electric.Lots of things to do on the island, shopping, fishing, swimming, surfing, Sea Turtle Inc, South Padre Island Birding Nature & Alligator Sanctuary,  Island Adventure Park,  Gravity Adventure Park, The Stables, Coastal Studies Lab, and more!!  STR PERMIT #2023-0189
